Kanchenjunga (8586m) is the third highest mountain in the world. It lies on the border between Nepal and Sikkim (India).It is the most enchanting and amazing mountain of Nepal. Day 01: Arrival day
You will be welcomed and received on your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport .Our airport representative pick you up from the airport to our office or hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Today we make you clear doubt about your trip. Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.
Day 03: Kathmandu to suketar by flight and same day trek to jogidanda (2059m)
Jogidanda is the starting point of our trek. We move to Jogidanda from Suketar and overnight stay at jogidanda.
Day 04: Jogidanda to Chirwa (1800m)
Today our destination is Chirwa village; chirwa village is a small village lies in the lap of Himalaya. Today we passes through narrow path and jungle .it takes almost seven hours to get Chirwa village from jogidanda.
Day 05: chirwa to Sakathum
Today we need to trek around six hours for our destination ,overnight at Sakathum.
Day 06: Sakathum to Amjilosa (2510m)
Today we start our trek form Sakathum to Amjilosa(2510m),the trekking trail is not that much harder firstly we need to trek through flat land and gently goes up to the mountain. It takes almost five hours to get our destination.
Day 07: Amjilosa to kyapar (2730m)
Today we trek to Kyapar via gyable, on the way our trekking trail passes through jungle with Beautiful landscape .it takes almost seven hours trek.
Day 08: Kyapar to Gunsa (3475m)
Today the trekking trail passes through the jungle, terrace field and the people on the way following Tibetan Buddhist culture. On the way we found Gunsa River following our trail.overnight at gunsa.
Day 09: Gunsa to Kambachen(4099m)
We trek to kambachen for almost seven hours, overnight at kambachen.
Day 10: acclimatization day
Today we stop for rest and acclimatization .you can view many beautiful mountain peaks from there, you can go for a short hike to explore more.
Day 11: Kambachen to Lhonak(4785m)
Today we continue our trek with new energy, the ascend trek route takes you to the even higher place called Lhonak. Lhonak is near dry lake bed on an open sandy plain.
Day 12: Lhonak to Pangpema (5143m)
Our journey continues to Pangpema with beautiful scenery form Lhonk to Pangpema.
Day 13: Pangpema
To reach the point of Kanchenjunga base camp (north) we need to trek almost seven hours. Today we trek back from the base camp and overnight at Pangpema.
Day 14: Pangpema to Khanpachen (4040m)
Our destination is Khanpachen form Pangpema as previous days.
Day 15: Khanpachen to Lumba samba (4206m)
Today we move from the kahnchbacnen to cross the high pass it depending on the weather conditions: either we cross Lapsang La, the higher pass at 5180m or the Mirgin La at (4500m)
Day 16: Lumba Samba to Ramche (4580m)
Our trekking destination is Ramche for today .it takes around seven hours to reach the destination. Todays highlight of the trek is Yalung Glacier and into a series of ablation valleys.
Day 17: Ramche (4580m)
Today we take rest at Ramche and if you want to view and explore you can go for short walk to explore more and view the scenery.
Day 18: Ramche to cheram (3870m)
Today we trek ascend form Mirgin La to cheram. On the way you can see Lapsang La glacier, Mirgin La glacier and different snow-capped mountains .It takes almost seven hours trek to reach the destination.
Day 19: Cheram to Torthong(2995m)
Trek to Cheram to torthong for 5/6 hours. We cross through Tsento Kang, a goth at 3360 meter with jungle and beautiful landscape today.
Day 20: Tortong to Yamphudhin (2080m)
Today our trekking trail goes along the bank of the Simbua River. It takes almost 8 to 9 hours trek.
Day 21: Yamphudhin to Anpan(2040m)
Today we pass small villages on the way and Omje khola.It takes almost 7 houra trek to get Anpan.Overnight at Anpan.
Day 22: Anpan to Tembewa height (2000m)
It takes almost seven hours to reach our destination Tembewa height. We passes through small villages and beautiful landscapes. Overnight at Tembewa height .
Day 23: Tembewa height to Suketar – Taplejung.
Today our destination is Taplejung –Suketar airport. It takes six hors trek. This is the point where we catch flight to Kathmandu.
Day 24: Flight back to Kathmandu.
We flight back from Suketar airport to Kathmandu –Tribhuvan international airtport via Biratnagar airport.
Day 25: Kathmandu rest day
Today you take rest in Kathmandu; you can also go for a short walk to market or Kathmandu Durbar square.
Day 26: departure day
Our airport representative picks you up from the hotel to the Tribhuvan international airport for your final departure.
