Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour or Kathmandu valley tour mainly proposed to explore the Kathmandu valley that combines natural heritages as well as cultural experiences with outstanding view of mountains and panorama from selected sites of special places. The Kathmandu is also known as Kantipur or Kingdom of Nepal. In Kathmandu, you will visit the temple of the Living Goddess who acknowledges the greetings of the devotees from the balcony of her temple residence. Kashtamandap – the source of the name Kathmandu and supposed to be made from the timber of a single tree and the Durbar Square are with its array of temples overlooked by the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, the ancient place of the Nepalese Royalty.

Swaymbhunath Stupa

Swaymbhunath is an ancient religious architecture atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city. It is also known as the Monkey Temple as there are holy monkeys living in the north-west parts of the temple. The Swaymbhunath complex consists of a stupa, a variety of shrines and temples, some dating back to the Licchavi period. A Tibetan monastery, museum and library are more recent additions. The stupa has Buddha’s eyes and eyebrows painted on. Between them, the number one  is painted in the fashion of a nose.The site has two access points: a long stairway with 365 steps, leading directly to the main platform of the temple, which is from the top of the hill to the east; and a car road around the hill from the south leading to the southwest entrance. The first sight on reaching the top of the stairway is the Vajra. This stupa is one of the famous choices among monks and tourist.

Pashupatinath temple

Pashupatinath temple is one of the famous and holiest places among Hindu people around the world. It is situated in 5 kilometres east of Kathmandu. This temple is considered one of the sacred temples of Hindu faith .The temple serves as the seat of the national deity, Lord Pashupatinath. This “extensive Hindu temple precinct” is a “sprawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions rose over the centuries along the banks of the sacred Baghmati river” and is included as one of the seven monument groups in UNESCO’s designation of Kathmandu Valley as a cultural heritage site. This main temple is built in the Nepalese pagoda style of architecture. All the features of pagoda style founded here like cubic constructions, beautifully carved wooden rafters on which they rest (tundal). The two level roofs are of copper with gold covering. The temple resides on a square base platform with a height of 23m 7 cm from base to pinnacle.

Boudhanath Stupa

This is the largest stupa around the world and also religious focal point and meditation centre for Nepali and Tibetan Buddhist .The ancient stupa is the one of the largest stupa in the world. There is over 50 Tibetan Gompa around Boudhanath stupa. Boudhanath stupa is listed on UNESCO world heritage site in 1979. Along with Swaymbhunath, it is one of the most popular tourist sites in the Kathmandu area.

Kathmandu Durbar Square

Kathmandu Durbar square is one of three Durbar (royal palace) Squares in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Kathmandu Durbar Square consists of various pagodas temples, former royal palace of Malla and Shah Kings and different artistic courtyards of different centuries. The palace is decorated with elaborately-carved wooden windows and panels and houses the King Tribhuvan Memorial Museum and the Mahindra Museum. It is possible to visit the state rooms inside the palace.

Patan Durbar square

Patan durbar square is situated in Lalitpur city. Among the most ancient cities of Nepal Patan is popularly known for fine art and typical masterpieces. The Durbar Square is a marvel of Newa architecture. The city was initially designed in the shape of the Buddhist Dharma-Chakra (Wheel of Righteousness) which is surrounded by four stupas and one at the middle, erected in 3rd century AD By Emperor Asoka. There are many temples and idols in the area. The most important monument of the city is Patan Durbar Squ   are (the former residential place of Malla kings of Patan), Krishna Mandir, Jagat Narayan Temple,Mahaboudha, Machchhendranath Temple, Tibetan Refugee Camp which has been listed by UNESCO World Heritage Sites because of its cultural, religious and historical importance. . There are more than 1,200 Buddhist monuments of various shapes and sizes scattered in and around the city. The Square floor is tiled with red bricks. The main temples are aligned opposite of the western face of the palace. The entrance of the temples faces east, towards the palace. There is also a bell situated in the alignment beside the main temples. The Square also holds old Newari residential houses. It is like open museum any one can explore it.

Bhaktpur Durbar square

Bhaktpur is one of the three main cities of Kathmandu Valley. The name of the city is derived from different appellation. During the Licchavi Period (3rd century – 9 century AD) it was called as Khopring Drang followed by Bhadgaon and Bhaktpur in medieval and modern Nepal respectively. It is also known as Bhadgaon and the city of devotee. It is the home of medieval art and architecture. Here you will visit Bhaktapur durbar square along with palace of 55 windows build by king Bhupatindra malla. Here you will also visit the nyatapola temple ,which is the best example  of pagoda and many more .This ancient city is renowned for its elegant are fabulous culture different festival traditional dance and many more.
