Nafisha Khatun is a Bachelor’s graduate in Tourism and Travel Management and currently serves as Airport Operations Manager at Top of the World Adventure Pvt. Ltd. In this role, she oversees ticketing, tour sales, and airport arrival and departure services, while actively managing adventure tourism operations, client coordination, and itinerary planning. Her day-to-day work reflects a strong commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, and delivering seamless, memorable travel experiences for both clients and partners.
Prior to joining Top of the World Adventure, Nafisha gained valuable industry experience as a Travel Consultant at Abhiwadan Expedition Holidays. She supported clients with bookings and itinerary design, handled customer inquiries, coordinated with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators, and contributed to smooth operations through accurate documentation and consistent service follow-up.
In addition to her professional roles, Nafisha completed an externship with Buddha Air, where she evaluated customer service standards and overall service quality. She has also contributed to the tourism sector as an Event Management Volunteer at the First National Tourism Conclave 2022.
