Detailed Itinerary

Early Morning: Hotel Pick-Up and Airport Transfer

Your day begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Kathmandu. You will be transferred to the domestic airport for check-in and a short helicopter tour briefing.

Kathmandu Airport Briefing

Before departure, the ground team will provide a safety and operational briefing. This includes weather updates, route information, baggage limitations, and altitude considerations.

Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla

You board the helicopter for a spectacular mountain flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. The flight offers excellent views of hills, valleys, terraced landscapes, and snow-capped peaks.

Refueling Stop at Lukla

A short stop is made at Lukla for helicopter refueling and operational checks before continuing deeper into the Khumbu region.

Lukla to Pheriche Helicopter Flight

The flight continues toward Pheriche. As the helicopter gains altitude, the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic, with close-up views of glaciers, mountain ridges, and alpine settlements.

Group Split from Pheriche

Due to high-altitude flight regulations and weight limitations, passengers are split into smaller groups in a 3:2 rotation for the upper section of the journey.

Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar Flyover

From Pheriche, guests enjoy a thrilling flyover of Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar. This sector provides unmatched aerial views of the Khumbu Glacier, Everest region landscape, and surrounding Himalayan giants.

Landing at Hotel Everest View

After the flyover, the helicopter lands at Hotel Everest View, one of the world’s most iconic mountain hotels. Guests can step out, enjoy the crisp air, take photos, and have breakfast surrounded by panoramic Himalayan views.

Rejoin and Return Flight

After the second group rejoins, the helicopter departs for Lukla, makes a brief refueling stop, and then returns to Kathmandu.

Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
