The highest point you’ll reach is Australian Camp at 2165 meters. While this is considered moderate altitude, most travelers acclimatize well here. Just stay hydrated, take it slow during hikes, and listen to your body. If you’re prone to altitude sickness, it’s always good to discuss with your doctor before traveling.

The best time to visit is March-May and September-November when the weather is clear and mild. Expect cool mornings and evenings, especially in the hills like Australian Camp and Sarangkot. Layered clothing works best, along with a warm jacket for early mornings and nights.

Comfortable hiking shoes are a must for the walks. Pack layered clothes for varying temperatures, a hat and sunglasses for sun protection, sunscreen, a light rain jacket, and your personal essentials. Don’t forget your camera to capture those breathtaking mountain sunrises!

You’ll enjoy a mix of traditional Nepali dishes like Dal Bhat, Momos, and Gundruk Dhido. Meals during the hiking days are included and balanced for energy. If you have dietary restrictions, just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Both Kathmandu and Pokhara are generally safe for travelers. Like any city, stay aware of your belongings and avoid isolated areas at night. For health, drink bottled or filtered water, carry basic medication, and consider travel insurance. We also recommend vaccines as advised by your doctor.
